Julie is the chief financial officer of one of Australia's largest beef cattle operations, the McDonald family-owned and operated MDH Pty Ltd, running 150,000 head of cattle across 15 properties throughout Queensland. The family is now in its 7th generation, and nearing 200 years of investment and experience in Australian agriculture.

Col has over 30 years’ experience within the agricultural sector, from cattle feedlots, abattoirs, agronomy, hands on farm management, farm business benchmarking, sale yard construction and management.

Prue and her husband David operated Palgrove Charolais and Ultrablack stud and associated commercial cattle enterprise on several properties across Qld and NSW for over 34 years.

Jack is the 2025 Australian Award winner and as part of his professional development, is a judge for the 2027 Award. Jack, 35, lives in a fully off-grid home on his family farm at Oxton Park with his wife, Brigid, and young family.
