Tessa Chartres

Tessa is based in Deniliquin with her husband and twin boys. She is the General Manager of Business Development at Murray Irrigation where she is responsible for the delivery of Commonwealth funded projects, Water Policy, ICT transformation and commercial business contracts. Tessa loves all aspects of life in the Riverina, is passionate about ensuring the growth and sustainability of regional and remote economies and sits Chair on the Board of South West Music Regional Conservatorium.
In Feb 2025 Tess completed Professional Certificate in Business Administration as part of her award education prize and is undertaking an MBA at Melbourne University.
