Tessa is based in Deniliquin with her husband and 5-year-old twin boys. She is a finance and agribusiness professional and currently Financial Controller at Sequana. She brings strong expertise in financial governance, strategy, and commercial decision-making, with a values-led approach

Tessa loves all aspects of life in the Riverina, is passionate about ensuring the growth and sustainability of regional and remote economies and sits on the Board of South West Music Regional Conservatorium as Chair.

In Feb 2025 Tess completed Professional Certificate in Business Administration as part of her Award education prize and has plans to undertake an MBA at Melbourne University.
