Impact Summit 2026

From Solid Foundations We Rise

Bringing together the best minds in agriculture from Australia and New Zealand.

Welcome to the Impact Summit

We’re delighted to welcome you to the Impact Summit 2026, an invite-only gathering of emerging leaders, industry influencers, Award partners, long-term and new supporters, and Award alumni from across Australia and New Zealand.

This year, we come together in Christchurch, a city that reflects the very essence of our theme: resilience, renewal, and strength built on solid foundations.

A summit for those shaping the future of agriculture

The Impact Summit is an annual, two-day event that alternates between Australia and New Zealand. It’s designed to spark fresh thinking, foster meaningful connections, and support the personal and professional growth of those committed to leading change in agriculture.

Across the Summit, attendees will experience inspiring speakers, rich conversations, and space for reflection and exchange. It’s also a chance to connect with an extraordinary Award community and celebrate this year’s finalists, and to announce the winners at a celebration dinner on Tuesday 10 March.

This year’s theme: From Solid Foundations We Rise

Inspired by Christchurch’s earthquake recovery, this year’s theme speaks to the idea that true strength is built over time — shaped by lived experience, grounded in people, and anchored in the systems and values that already exist.

Guided by the 4R pillars of emergency management: Reduction, Readiness, Response, and Recovery,  the theme highlights that resilience begins long before a challenge arises and continues long after. It calls us to rise with purpose, collaborate deeply, and lead with vision.

Because when foundations are strong, progress isn’t just possible — it’s inevitable.
