15th & 16th March 2023 - Brisbane

Bringing together the best and brightest minds in agriculture from Australia and New Zealand for a two-day event that elevates thought and inspires positive change.

Connect, collaborate, and hear first-hand from innovators and leaders, at the inaugural Zanda McDonald Award Impact Summit.

Just as the name suggests, this invite-only event is packed with topics and speakers designed to get you curious, elevate thought and inspire you to make positive changes, both personally and professionally.

The two-day program is taking place in Brisbane on Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 March 2023, and is limited to 110 top rural leaders, Award partners, and previous winners and finalists identified through the Award.

As part of the Summit program, you'll be able to celebrate the success of future leaders in agriculture at our 2023 Award Celebration evening. The celebration is taking place on the banks of the Brisbane River, at the stunning Rivershed West at Howard Smith Wharves. The evening will be a night filled with entertainment and socialising, including canapés, dinner and refreshments, and will culminate with the announcement of our two 2023 Award winners – one from New Zealand and one from Australia.

Our speaker line up includes best selling author Jake Bailey; Barry Irvin - Executive Chairman Bega Cheese; Julia Jones - Head of Insight at NZX; Anna Speer, Managing Director of Greenstock; and Rob McGavin - Founder of Cobham Estate. There will also be workshops, fireside chats, and deep dives into hot topics of the day.
