The 2027 Zanda McDonald Award Impact Summit brings together influential leaders, industry decision-makers and the next generation of talent from across the Australian and New Zealand primary industries.
As we look towards 2037, the challenges and opportunities ahead demand fresh thinking, different perspectives and a willingness to challenge how we've always done things.
The 2027 Summit takes a new approach. Less about sitting and listening, and more about meaningful conversations, exchanging ideas and learning from each other.
Through thought-provoking keynote speakers, insights from beyond our sector and on-stage Modern-Day Mentoring Conversations, experienced industry leaders and Zanda alumni will explore what's worth holding onto, what needs to change and what each generation can learn from the other.
The program will also create opportunities for attendees to contribute, connect and challenge thinking alongside some of the most influential people in our primary industries.
Because the real strength of the Summit is not just who's on stage, but who's in the room.
The Impact Summit is an annual, two-day event that alternates between Australia and New Zealand. It’s designed to spark fresh thinking, foster meaningful connections, and support the personal and professional growth of those committed to leading change in agriculture.
Across the Summit, attendees will experience inspiring speakers, rich conversations, and space for reflection and exchange. It’s also a chance to connect with an extraordinary Award community and celebrate this year’s finalists, and to announce the winners at a celebration dinner on Tuesday 10 March.
