Nancy Crawshaw

Nancy Crawshaw is the Extension Manager for Angus Australia and is also actively involved in her family’s farming operation in Nuhaka, New Zealand. She brings a strong understanding of the beef supply chain and a passion for producer development to her role, where she leads extension initiatives across both Australia and New Zealand.

Nancy coordinates global youth engagement activities and oversees the annual GenAngus Future Leaders Program, supporting the next generation of producers and industry professionals. Through field days, workshops, and tailored extension programs, she focuses on translating industry knowledge into practical, on‑farm improvements that drive long‑term business value for primary producers.

Earlier in her career, Nancy worked at the Teys Australia Naracoorte facility, where she led the development of a high‑performing quality assurance team committed to continuous improvement. Under her leadership, the team strengthened operational standards and exceeded expectations across the supply chain.

Outside of work, Nancy loves getting out on the sports field, catching up with friends, and enjoying the outdoors on the East Coast.
