Impact Summit 2026 – Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Eligibility

Tickets to the Impact Summit 2026 are available by invitation only.

Tickets are not transferable and not permitted for resale under any circumstances.
2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ticket purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Zanda McDonald Award Foundation.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Within 30 days of the event:
No refunds will be issued. Cancellations received within 30 days of the event will result in a 100% loss of ticket value. -
Within 60 days of the event:
Refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of the Zanda McDonald Award Foundation Board. Approval is not guaranteed. -
More than 60 days before the event:
A refund may be issued, less any applicable administrative fees. -
Non-refundable cancellations:
Where no refund is provided (including cancellations made within 30 days), the ticket value will be deemed a contribution to the Zanda McDonald Award.
4. Substitutions

Because tickets are for invited guests only, substitutions are not automatically permitted.

Any request for a substitute attendee must be submitted in writing and may only be approved at the discretion of the Award Foundation.
5. Event Changes

The Zanda McDonald Award Foundation reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, speakers, venue, or schedule.

In the unlikely event that the Summit is postponed, tickets will be transferred to the new date.

If the event is fully cancelled by the organiser, a refund or ticket transfer option will be offered.
6. Liability

The organiser is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other associated costs incurred by attendees.

Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.
7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the cancellation and refund policy.
