Caitlin (27) is the Head of Agriculture, Technology & Arts at St George State High School in South-west Queensland. Passionate about delivering high-quality, hands-on learning for rural students, she leads programs that connect education directly with real agricultural careers. Caitlin coordinates the Queensland Agriculture Teachers Association regionally and oversees the Bluelight Shearing Program, supporting students to gain industry-ready skills. She founded the AWE Career Immersion Camp, which has engaged more than 160 students from across Queensland. Recognised for transforming her school into an Agricultural School of Excellence, Caitlin is committed to strengthening pathways and shaping the next generation of agricultural leaders.
