Bryce (35) is a civil engineer based in Gol Gol, NSW, leading projects for Select Harvests across their almond orchards and processing facility. Combining a farming background with strong engineering and project management expertise, he manages large‑scale, transformative rural developments, including recent delivery of RFM’s 3,000‑hectare macadamia orchard in Central Queensland. Passionate about precision, data, and continuous improvement, Bryce is driven to advance agriculture through smarter design and long‑term thinking. His career blends technical excellence with a deep connection to farming, with aspirations in general management to shape how large enterprises adapt, innovate, and build a more resilient agricultural future.
