Bryce (35) is a civil engineer based in Gol Gol, NSW, leading major agricultural development projects for RFM. Combining a farming background with strong engineering and project management expertise, he delivers large-scale, transformative rural developments, including managing the creation of RFM’s 3,000-hectare macadamia orchard in Central Queensland. Passionate about precision, data, and continuous improvement, Bryce is driven to advance modern agriculture through smarter design and long-term thinking. His career blends technical excellence with a deep connection to farming, and he aims to step into general management, shaping how large enterprises adapt, innovate, and build a more resilient agricultural future.
