Eric Flanagan, General Manager MSD Animal Health Australia and New Zealand

Eric Flanagan is the General Manager of MSD Animal Health Australia and New Zealand. In the Livestock sector MSD markets well renowned brands, including Coopers animal health and Allflex identification and monitoring products.

Eric has held a broad range of middle and senior management roles in the animal health industry in Australia since 1994, including Sales, Marketing and Business Development roles with Fort Dodge and Zoetis Animal Health. Eric joined MSD Animal Health in June 2013 as General Manager.

Eric is currently a Director and Chair of Animal Medicines Australia (AMA). AMA is an Industry Association body representing the interests of the major Animal Health Companies in Australia of which MSD Animal Health is a member.

Eric received his Applied Science bachelor’s degree from Charles Stuart University, Wagga Wagga, Australia, in 1991.
