Katie Rodwell (nee Vickers)

Katie grew up on a sheep and beef farm north of Kaikoura and her upbringing led her to a passion for the land and a career in Agribusiness. She is a Sustainability Manager at Rabobank where she brings experience in strategic direction, communication and marketing skills to drive the banks sustainability ambitions.

She is on a mission to help regenerate our planet through influencing business practice and helping to close the gap between purpose, people and profit. Katie cares deeply about the relationship between soil health and human health.

Katie and her husband Luc, and son Paddy have a small block in Amberley, where they live and enjoy the balance of on and off-farm work.

Outside of work Katie enjoys spending time with friends and family, a good glass of wine and getting outdoors whether it’s up the mountain or out walking in our epic back yard.
