Shane McManaway, MNZM
Shane, along with his wife Lynnette, are the owners of Gold Creek Charolais and Deer farm, Ongaha Gold, an extensive sheep beef and dairy operation west of Martinborough, and a dairy farm in Kaikoura, South Island. They are also founders of Five Rivers Medical integrated medical facility in the South Wairarapa.

Lynley Wyeth
Lynley, along with her husband Matt, own and operate Spring Valley Enterprises Ltd, a 2400ha sheep and beef farming operation in the Wairarapa.

Mark Ferguson
Mark lives in Christchurch in New Zealand but grew up on the family farm in the Victorian Mallee. He has spent his career in the sheep industry working throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Kate Morrison
Kate co-runs a Christchurch-based consulting business, advising SMEs on succession planning, strategy and governance, as well as holding directorships with a number of companies, including Christchurch International Airport Ltd, Heartland Group Holdings Limited, Link Engine Management Ltd and FarmRight Ltd.

Sam Vivian-Greer
Sam leads the Whenua Services team at Te Tumu Paeroa. Te Tumu Paeroa administers 88,000ha of Māori owned land which occupies 15 Regional Councils and across multiple land uses including grazing, dairy, forestry, and horticulture.
